Differential Diagnosis
Tuberculosis, Chronic Obstructuctive, chronic sinusitis, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cancer (bronchogenic, head and neck, esophageal), Interstitial lung disease including sarcoidosis, fungal infection, bronchiectasis, mediastinal lymphadenopathy, thoracic aneurysm, GERD, ACE inhibitors
